LinkedIn Carousals present an incredible opportunity to increase engagement and dwell time on your posts.

Not only that, but not many people are using them so now is the best time to show your expertise and capture more attention.

We are in the attention economy after all, so why not use every tool at your disposal?

It may seem complicated to create carousals, but it really isn't.

Here's a 10 step process:

1. Go to canva.com
2. Create a new design
3. Search for "Billboard Square" 1080px x 1080px (or 1080px x 1350px)
4. Create 5-10 pages, the longer it is the more engagement you'll tend to get (as long as it stays interesting and people keep swiping)
5. Add graphics, and text on every page and explain a 'how-to' or a story/lesson
6. The last card in the carousal should be a call to action like "follow me" or "click my profile for more"
7. Once you're happy, in Canva, click "share"
8. Then click Download
9. Save as a PDF
10. Go to LinkedIn, upload a document, select your carousels, and upload!

Now you're ready to upload your first carousal to LinkedIn! It's not as hard as it seems.

It's just about creating something interesting that's engaging.
